Abstract

The analysis of spent oil-containing products formed at enterprises associated with the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment was carried out, which showed the presence of a large amount of waste containing diesel fuel and fuel oil. It is indicated that the negative effect on the surface quality of building structures and products when used in the manufacturing process as an anti-adhesive coating, an emulsion in the preparation of which oil-containing waste containing diesel fuel and fuel oil was used. The effect of diesel fuel and fuel oil on the stability of an emulsion prepared using oily waste from enterprises for the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment has been experimentally determined. Technological solutions have been proposed to increase the surface quality of reinforced concrete products to the required level when using an emulsion based on oily waste with the presence of diesel fuel and fuel oil as an anti-adhesive coating.
