Abstract
Researches on arc welding by a semiautomatic device in the environment of active gas of crosswise connections of fittings with a diameter up to 10 mm for decrease in energy consumption and labor productivity increase at production of the reinforcing block ABVС3-3 for external wall panels are carried out. Experimental data of tests for a rupture of working and distributive fittings of crosswise connections are obtained and its analysis is carried out. Comparison of the most widespread ways of welding of such connections is made. Duration of welding of a spatial reinforcing framework for external wall panels is determined. The possible option of improvement of technology of welding of the reinforcing block for external wall panels by replacement of the way of welding by a more effective one is offered.
