METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE SYNTHESIS OF SHAPING KINEMATICS AND KINEMATIC SCHEME TREATMENT IN THE COURSE OF FUNCTIONAL DESIGN OF MACHINE-TOOL EQUIPMENT

Abstract
Basic tasks of the synthesis of shaping kinematics and kinematic scheme treatment at the functional design phase of shape-generating machine systems are considered. It is shown that simplification of the machine kinematics and improvements of its enduring accuracy provide the following: structure synthesis of slave movements, creating favorable conditions for treatment process and for work of the machine mechanism by exception of reverse motion; combination of slave movements for simplicity of kinematic scheme treatment and efficiency improving; added movements introduction; assignment of rational combination of rates and directions of elementary motions or regulation of their rates for managing of shaping and cutting conditions; rational distribution of elementary motions between machine final elements to provide its versatility.
