SYNCRETIC OVERCOMING IN THE TEACHERS’ TRAINING IN THE SYSTEM OF AN ADDITIONAL ADULT EDUCATION

Abstract

The article considers the problem of syncretic overcoming in teachers` training in the system of an additional adult education. The basis of specialist training is culture because it encompasses all human activities, opens up wide possibilities for the study of the spiritual heritage, provides a landmark in modern society, determines the orientation of a person`s interests and their perception of the world, helps to assess and organize knowledge. Syncretic bridging allows to organize teachers` training in the context of adhering to nature; to direct this process to the creation of conditions for an individual`s acquiring socio-cultural experience through activity; to take into account individual characteristics and professional needs of students, to promote their self-actualization, mastering necessary competencies and to focus on continuous improvement. The main criterion of teachers` training in the system of an additional adult education is the level of personality forming as well as its spirituality, intellectual and moral freedom, creative individuality, and social activity.
