RECENT TRENDS IN LEADERSHIP STUDIES

Abstract

Leadership is a phenomenon which is not included in the category of problems deprived of scientific interest, but a quantitative diversity of studies despite their fundamental and general nature does not provide a brand new breakthrough in its study, leaving the possibility of scientific discovery in this field. Comprehension of leadership is realized to a greater extent by the accumulation of materials. So, in an attempt to decipher the scientific leadership of the native and foreign researchers, different ways are chosen: experience systematization of the socio-humanitarian knowledge, generalization and development of a collective integrative leadership model, comparison of the nature of the historical figures in the construction of an ideal type, giving the phenom-enological analysis in semantic conditions of uncertainty, combination of all the above mentioned approaches and then rebuilding of models and developing new definitions.
