ACTUALISATION OF ADAPTATION PROBLEMS AMONG BEGINNING TEACHERS

Abstract
The relevance of studying of adaptation problems of beginning teachers, the structure, basic procedures and problems of this process are substantiated. Support for young specialists by the state is indicated. The elements of the content of professional and psychological adaptation are revealed. Separate factors for reducing its negative consequences are indicated. The results of the survey of young teachers are analyzed.
