PROJECT MODELING OF TARGET COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY OF HIGH QUALIFIED HAMMER THROWERS

Abstract
The article studies the efficiency of using the motional capacity by highly qualified hammer throwers in the main starts of the sports season. Theoretical bases of project modeling of target competitive activity are developed. The basic indicators on which the calculated forecasting of the target sports and technical result are determined and which should be used in the process of analyzing the long-term training and competitive activity of highly skilled hammer throwers.
The external parameters of the target competitive activity of the highly skilled hammer throwers carried out by the athletes during the execution of the projectile throws are established, as well as the external parameters of the target competitive activity of the highly skilled hammer throwers carried out by the sportsmen outside the sports competitions.
It is established that the achievement of external model parameters of the target competitive activity of highly skilled hammer throwers is based on "internal" biofunctional parameters.
