Abstract
The need to develop systematic psychological and pedagogical support for socio-professional selfdetermination of young people has been actualized. The ways of contemporary changes of vocational guidance as a complex of practical measures to harmonize personal and socio-professional requirements in the process of professional choice have been regarded. The author enriches pedagogical knowledge of career-oriented activities developing the ideology of projecting career guidance system, aimed at expanding the field of intellectual property. The integral feature (target) of classification directions of career-oriented activities has been revealed.
