RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVING THE POLITICAL AND LEGAL SYSTEM IN THE WORKS OF ANDREW VOLAN

Abstract
Projects, the recommendations contained in the works of the outstanding representative of social and political thought of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania XVI century Andrew Volan improved existing in the Commonwealth of political and legal system are studied. There is a positive attitude of A. Volan to the contemporary political and legal system of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Polish Kingdom while simultaneously criticizing some of its concrete effects. Way to eradicate the shortcomings of the existing system A. Volan seen through conducting relevant legal reforms, public authorities, as well as improving the educational and moral level of people who are responsible for the functioning of political and legal system. Recommendations which are put forward in the works of A. Volan for improving the general principles of the legal system, the recommendations on improving the state and political system are analyzed.
