VARIABLE APPROACH IN STANDARD TRAINING SESSIONS OF ATHLETES 10–12 YEARS OLD IN THE CONDITIONS OF A SPORTS CLASS

Abstract
This article discusses physical training as a process of directed development of physical qualities, which forms the necessary arsenal of motor skills and abilities. The level of physical fitness of track and field athletes aged 10-12 years who are engaged in track and field athletics is analyzed. The influence of the application of a variable approach in the process of training speed and speed-strength qualities of athletes 10-12 years old is described. The results of indicators of physical development and physical fitness for special training programs are reflected. The study of physical fitness in track and field athletes was carried out according to gender characteristics using 5 tests: leaning forward while sitting on the floor (cm), long jump from a standing position (cm), triple jump (cm), running 60 m (s), running 200 m (s) to identify the development of physical fitness.
