ACTIVE AND INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION AS A FACTOR IN INCREASING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEARNING AND HEALTH PROTECTION

Abstract
This article demonstrates the need to restructure the educational process and adjust the methods and formats of student engagement in modern higher education. It also examines the potential for using active and interactive educational technologies, specific methods, games, training, and other forms of student instruction as health-promoting technologies. Maintaining the health of students is a priority for the education system in our country. The issue of healthpromoting education at universities can be addressed in various ways. In our view, optimization of the educational process and the creation of a health-promoting, safe, comfortable, and supportive educational environment through the use of active and interactive educational technologies and teaching methods, and the delivery of lectures and classes in a modern and relevant format, can be effective in this regard.
