DEVELOPMENTAL INTERACTION OF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract
The article focuses on the research of developmental interaction opportunities of teachers and students, the essence of which is establishment of a system of relations between a teacher and a student aimed at improving of students’ personal qualities, training and desire to solve creative tasks during a lecture or a seminar. During the interaction complex theoretical issues are put and solved, scientific data is analyzed, various scientific schools are compared, and controversial issues are identified and clarified. Characteristics and peculiarities of development of interaction organization are identified and its basic principles are proved. Orientation to devel-opmental interaction allows students to achieve a higher level of creative development, and teachers – to devel-op a set of pedagogical conditions for improving of professional training quality.
