THE SYSTEM OF VALUE ATTITUDE OF CADETS TO THE MILITARY PROFESSION AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Abstract
The system of value attitude of cadets to the military profession as a pedagogical problem is considered. Despite the development of technology and global scientific informatization of the society, social and economic, political and standard and legal transformations in the society, which caused change of public moral, values take the main place in lives of people and society. The most important tendency of the development of the mod-ern world in the course of the formation of valuable relations of a person is the role of the educational institutes. Teachers, class teachers, parents can actively influence the pupils’ right choice of a profession, formation of professional motives. Pupils approach to the choice of a military profession more and more consciously and rely on their valuable orientations, interests and motives which are the fundamental principle in understanding and attitude towards the professional activity. The valuable attitude to the choice of the profession represents a rea-sonable system of social and economic, psychological-pedagogical, medical biological, technological measures in professional self-determination.
