DIGITAL ASSETS: THEORY AND LEGAL REGULATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Abstract
The article is a comparative analysis of theoretical and practical peculiarities of the objects of digital assets. The article is prove the timeliness and scientific development of the topic in legal science. We have determined the significance of the topic for modern society. The concept of digital assets has been considered. The question of including provisions dealing with digital assets in US law was discussed. On the basis of doctrinal and legal concepts used in defining digital assets. Investigated the criteria for classification of digital assets. The analysis of the current legislation in the sphere of digital inheritance has been carried out.
