FORMATION AND REALIZATION OF CORPORATE INTERESTS OF BUSINESS ENTITIES: THEORY AND METHODOLOGY

Abstract
The article is devoted to research of theoretical and methodological bases of formation and realization of corporate interests of economic entities. The essence of the category «corporate interest» is studied, the main approaches to its interpretation are highlighted and their evaluation is given. The conditions for the formation and effective implementation of corporate interests of business entities have been determined. Distinctive features of corporate interest, allowing to identify it among many similar categories, are revealed. The author's approach to the disclosure of the essence and interpretation of the category under study, allowing to systematize and develop the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation and practical realization of corporate interests of various business entities, has been developed.
