Abstract
The article discusses various approaches to assessing the innovation process and innovative projects of an organization, developed an algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of the innovation process in the organization's supply chains, identifies the main types of effects from innovation, and also identifies general quantitative and qualitative indicators for analyzing the innovation process in the supply chain, identifies capital and the current cost of innovation at each link in the supply chain.
