TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT IN SUPPLY CHAINS OF PRODUCTS OF AN ENTERPRISE ON THE INTERNAL AND FOREIGN MARKETS

Abstract

The article discusses promising directions for improving the efficiency of transport management in supply chains of products of the enterprise of the dairy to the domestic and foreign markets. The theoretical and methodological aspects of transport management in supply chains are characterized, the essence of the supply chain is revealed, the supply chains are classified by the number of links, the type of products produced and by nationality, the stages of supply chain management are described, the role of transport in improving the efficiency of the international supply chains is revealed, attention is drawn to the stages of supply chain management. A general analysis of the activities of the dairy industry enterprise and its transport management system is carried out in order to accelerate the supply chain management process for the sale of the dairy industry enterprise's products on the international market; domestic and foreign markets and the corresponding costs are analyzed. The problems of the transport management system in the supply chains of the company's products to the domestic and foreign markets are revealed and ways to solve them are proposed to ensure the stability and competitiveness of an enterprise.
