Abstract

The role of corporate interests in ensuring the effective functioning of business entities is studied. The need for the formation and development of corporate interests of subjects of the market of vegetable products is justified. The key factors that determine the need for their formation and implementation efficiency are identified. The interests of the main subjects of the studied market, the motives of their formation and the conditions for their emergence are analyzed. Based on the analysis, areas of intersection of the interests of heterogeneous subjects of the vegetable products market, which serve as the basis for formation of their corporate interests, have been developed. The most important areas for the further development of these interests are identified.
