INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS PROVIDING INTEGRATION IN THE SPHERE OF PRODUCTION, TRANSFER AND CONSUMPTION OF ENERGY RESOURCES (LEGAL ASPECT)

Abstract

The article explores the essence of international programs that ensure integration in the production, transmission and consumption of various types of energy resources. The focus is on integration processes within the economic communities, taking into account the experience of countries, the former USSR, and also the member states of the European Union. Such international programs as INOGATE and TRACECA are considered. Characteristics of these programs are given with reference to the constituent documents and the practice of integration interaction in the field of energy and transport. Particular attention is paid to the identification of international programs as international organizations. The structure of international programs and bodies that ensure their implementation and new forms of relations between subjects of international law is determined. Conclusions are drawn about the legal nature of international programs in the production, transmission and consumption of energy resources.
