Abstract

The article is dedicated to the features of the research methodology of the correlation of the labor motivation theory and the dynamic of the labor relations. There were showed the factors that determine this process. It is concluded that the evolution of labor relations, which include work motives, is changing the object of motivation theory. The dependence of the labor relations dynamics on the labor theory of motivation has a probabilistic and synergistic nature.
