LEGAL BASIS OF TECHNICAL REGULATION IN THE FIELD OF ENERGY IN THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION

Abstract
We consider the legal bases of technical regulation in the framework of integration processes in the energy sector as an example of the Eurasian Economic Union. It expands the concept of technical regulation with respect to the subject of study. Attention is paid to the disclosure of technical regulation principles, sources of legal regulation with an emphasis on the right of the EAEU and the national legislation of the Member States EAEU. Analyzed the main provisions of the Treaty establishing the EAEU in respect of the technical regulation in the energy sector, as well as the basic terms that make up the conceptual system of technical regulation of the Institute. The study draws conclusions relevant to the issue of identification of technical regulations of the Institute, its content and legal characteristics. Formulates proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of the mechanism of technical regulation in the energy sector and the overall integration interaction.
