THEORETICAL AND METHODIC BASIS OF RESEARCH OF TECHNOLOGICAL WAYS OF ECONOMY

Abstract

The critical analysis of interpretations of the concept “technological way” is submitted. The technological way is considered as the complex of the mastered breakthrough, revolutionary innovations (inventions), which provide a quantitative and quantum leap in development of productive forces of human society. That takes into account that crossings (stratification) of technological ways in the course of evolutionary development of society leads to simultaneous presence of several technological ways in the economy. The structure of the technological ways which are present in the modern economy of many countries is described. The main advantages and shortcomings of multiformity as social and economic phenomenon of economy are investigated. The major factors defining technological ways as a basis of social and economic development of society are defined. The basic principles of allocation and research of technological ways of economy are formulated. That allows passing to the task of revealing the problems of research of directions and development tools of new technological way of economic systems in the Republic of Belarus.
