STRATEGIC APPROACHES OF THE ENTERPRISE AIMED AT OPTIMIZING BUSINESS PROCESSES DURING CRISIS CHANGES

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the impact of sanctions pressure on industrial enterprises and methods of responding to the influence of environmental factors. The article contains a description of a number of the most obvious strategic approaches that can be recommended to enterprises of the Republic of Belarus during periods of crisis changes in order to maintain a stable position. The proposed approaches are systematic import substitution, the introduction of tools for planning processes and resources, regular technological audits and the search for new markets. A study was conducted of the behavior of an industrial enterprise of a single type of production during a crisis period of sanctions pressure. It was determined that the choice of the most obvious strategic directions and competent management decisions allowed the enterprise not only to remain at a stable level, but also to significantly improve its position compared to the pre-crisis period, this is confirmed by an increase in profit, an increase in output per employee, and a significant increase in the profitability of products sold.
