CRIMINOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE MAIN FORMS OF NON-CRIMINAL VIOLENCE IN MARITAL RELATIONS: BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC OPINION

Abstract
The article touches upon the problem of spousal violence. For the analysis of spousal violence was conducted a survey of students of extramural education. The subject of the questionnaire is not criminal forms of violence. The study is based on the theory of symmetric violence. The answers to the questions are analyzed: "Has the spouse used violence against the spouse over the past year?" and "Has he been a victim of violence in the past year?". The attitude of respondents to police intervention in the resolution of family conflicts was studied. The article investigates the opinion about the admissibility of spousal violence. A comparison is made between the responses of persons previously married, currently married, and those who have no experience of married life.
