PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF ECONOMIC JUSTIFICATION FOR OUTSOURCING OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract
The article discusses the use of internationally accepted methods of economic justification of outsourcing as an example of transport services outsourcing and offers options for their adaptation to the modern Belarusian economy. Based on the study of the proposed algorithms for assessing the economic efficiency of transport services transmission with a commitment to outsource the parent company to carry out the purchase of transport services from a single source - the subsidiary and also without providing the subsidiary any benefits when participating in competitions. The proposed algorithms are used to take into account the most complete coverage of the changes caused by the conversion of the transport unit in a subsidiary, which is typical for the organizations of the Republic of Belarus at the moment, and, therefore, reliably conduct the valuation of similar outsourcing projects.
