Abstract
The necessity to form a concept of financial management of reproduction of human capital is scientifical-ly grounded. It is a strategy of introduction into the practical activity of the subjects of economy of the methodology of financial management of reproduction of the most important element of national wealth – human capital. Goals, tasks, directions and instruments of realization of the developed conception are stated. The developed methodological instruments are presented, which provide the process of financial management of reproduction of human capital of subjects of management.
