TECHNOLOGICAL MODEL AS THE BASIS OF THE ECONOMY AND ORGANIZATION OF NEW INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The technological mode of the national economy is a system-forming component of the socio-economic structure of society, determining the nature of production relations, the structure of the economy, priority areas of investment activity, and the level of scientific and technological progress. Industry plays a key role in the formation and maintenance of this technological mode, serving as the core of both the production and innovation systems of the state. In the Republic of Belarus, the industrial sector has traditionally occupied a dominant position in the national economy, serving as the main driver of growth, exports, employment, and modernization. In this regard, to ensure the effective development of the Republic of Belarus's economy, based on the successful operation of national industrial economic systems, the methodology for the economics and organization of new industrial technologies is being explored, as the selection of strategically sound directions for innovative technological development of industry is a crucial national economic task. It is proposed to define the role of industry as the leading sector of the national economy's technological paradigm and to concentrate limited financial, material, and labor resources on a strategic direction for national economic development that envisions the progressive technological development of the core industries of domestic industry, which dominated during the fifth technological paradigm, through the implementation of technological innovations of the sixth technological paradigm of the global economy. A methodological approach to the organization of new industrial technologies in the context of the global economic transition from the fifth to the sixth technological paradigm is presented for discussion.
