ПРОЕКТ «РОДИТЕЛЬСТВО»: МОТИВАЦИЯ, ИЗДЕРЖКИ, ОКУПАЕМОСТЬ И МЕХАНИЗМ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ

Аннотация
Статья посвящена анализу исследовательского пробела – недостаточной интеграции экономических и социологических механизмов, направленных на изучение издержек в контексте родительства, а также формирования инструментов индуцирования воспроизводства населения. Статья показывает, каким образом рентабельность проекта «Родительство» сказывается на его инвестиционной привлекательности со стороны прямых участников процесса воспроизводства (родителей ребенка). Цель – выявить экономическую привлекательность проекта «Родительство» через расчет авторского показателя – стоимости приобретения человекокапитала (Human Capital Acquisition Cost). Методологическая основа: общедоступные источники данных, отражающих демографические и социально-экономические показатели на уровне Республики Беларусь и зарубежных стран. Результаты: проект «Родительство» не обладает признаками инвестиционной привлекательности ввиду долгого периода окупаемости, однако инвестиционное вовлечение прямых и непрямых участников процесса воспроизводства может быть урегулировано через качественный подбор параметров проекта.
Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при разработке мер семейной и пронаталистской политики, а также в социоэкономических исследованиях труда и демографии. Дальнейшие исследования требуют эмпирической верификации на региональных выборках, включая страны малой экономики, которые близки по социально-экономическому устройству к белорусскому государству.
