MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF THE PROCESS OF MIXING OF DRY BULK MATERIALS IN A ROTARY POWER MIXER

Abstract
The determination of optimal technological parameters of constructive-innovative energy-saving Rotary centrifugal mixer (for example, the angle of the blades of stages, their profile, etc.) provides preliminary mathematical modelling of the process of mixing the dry bulk materials. A mathematical model of the movement of particles pillar mixture in mezlopastnom area of the rotor and ring gap between the output edge of the blades and the wall of the cylindrical mixer pallet collars is provided. The adequacy of the designed mathematical model is proved by using aero-dynamic calculation of the mixer in software environment COSMOS Flo Works.
