Abstract

Examines changing ratios of costs for materials, energy and salaries and the emergence of new technical solutions requiring periodic review of the optimization results. The method of selection and justification of technical decisions related to health and the environment given the constraints of safety and efficiency requirements, characterized by clarity, efficiency, comprehensiveness and universality.
