KINETICS OF DELIGNIFICATION OF SPRUCE WOOD UNDER CONDITIONS OF INACTIVATION OF LIGNIN

Abstract
Features of kinetics of reaction of inactivation on an example of delignification of wood of a fir-tree by aqueous solutions of acetic acid are considered. Under inactivation should be understood as a change in the nature of the reacting substance during the reaction, which leads to a drop in its reactivity. Numerous examples of delignification reaction in aqueous solutions of acetic acid, which are accompanied by autosampling, are given. To describe the reaction kinetics, it is proposed to use kinetic equations in which the reaction rate constant is a monotone time function. It is shown that the adequacy of the proposed kinetic description significantly exceeds the traditional description of reaction kinetics as a first-order reaction.
