IMPROVEMENT OF THE REPAIR CYCLE OF AUTOMOBILE UNITS

Abstract
Analysis of the existing system of technical maintenance and repair of automobiles did not confirm its high efficiency. The structure of the repair cycle of automobile units is proposed with a limitation of the number of laborintensive repairs and the return of average repairs to the system of technical maintenance and repair of automobiles using a set of replaceable parts prepared by the auto repair enterprise. The purpose of average repair of units is determined, ensuring a more complete use of the durability of the component parts of the units. Requirements are given for the technical level of auto repair enterprises based on ensuring the geometric parameters of the restored parts, not inferior to the corresponding parameters of new parts.
