Abstract

Technical and tactical training is a process of teaching athletes techniques and the formation of skills to use them in conditions of competitive activity. To increase the effectiveness of technical and tactical training of handball players, it is advisable to use generalized teaching methods developed within the framework of sports theory and concretized in relation to the specifics of competitive activity in handball as a methodological basis. The problems existing in the theory of sports of generalization the patterns of tactical training of athletes create certain difficulties in the development of methods of teaching tactics of actions in handball.

The ability of athletes to make effective decisions in the necessary time about ways to resolve motor situations arising in competitive activity largely depends on their motor experience. Based on the physiological laws of “decisionmaking”, a theoretical and methodological model of training athletes in technical and tactical actions has been developed, in which the processes of teaching the technique of actions (techniques) and the formation of skills to use actions (techniques) in the conditions of competitive activity represent a single interconnected learning process conditioned, deliberate, deliberate impromptu and impromptu motor actions. It was established that the methods of teaching handball players have a high degree of consistency with the main provisions of the theoretical-methodical model of teaching athletes technical and tactical actions and do not contradict them.
