PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF LEADERSHIP QUALITIES DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article considers the questions of leadership qualities based on the dynamic substructure of a personality. It also gives the main and most important components of the mentality which play a key role in the formation of a leader’s personality. The work describes some ways of forming the qualities of a true leader on the basis of the mentioned mental processes, basic definitions related to the process of forming the leadership qualities among students are stated as well, and on the basis of the analysis of psychological substructures the main pedagogical conditions for the formation of these qualities are listed.
