EXTERNAL STUDIES AS THE FORM TO TRAIN TEACHING STAFF IN PRE-REVOLUTIONARY BELARUS

Abstract
The reasons of appearance of external studies form of training teaching staff in pre-revolutionary Belarus are considered in the article. The supervision tasks of special rules for passing exams to get teacher’s degree are underlined. A number of types of general education required the different levels of teacher’s training. The peculiarities of exam contents for getting particular certificates are described. It is noted a rather high interest to the pedagogical external studies as the form to get professional education and possibility to work as a teacher.
