INTERCONNECTION OF COMPONENTS OF THE VALUABLE RELATION TO THE MILITARY PROFESSION

Abstract

The valuable relation to a military profession is considered as the system. It includes the components which integrate and mutually supplement each other. They are: motivational-targeted component which includes the following elements: requirements, motives, goals and interest; the intensional-cognitive component is manifested the degree of knowledge and skills requirement, the idea of the perfect professional image and the values of the military personnel; action-communicative component is the ability to work in cooperation, to establish the partnership; the main point of the emotive-determined component consists of the organization of the training process to acquired knowledge, skills were emotionally colored and also to develop cadets’ strong-willed efforts to outdo any difficulties in the educational path; personal-ideological component which includes social and personal representations, i.e. students’ outlooks; the moral-ethical component includes the following elements: conscience, debt, moral, self-reflection concerning vital and professional problems, the state and society responsibility; the evaluative-reflexive component provides the system approach in the analysis of the outcomes.
