RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MARITAL SATISFACTION AND EMOTIONAL LABOR IN WOMEN

Abstract
The article describes the psychological factors of marital satisfaction in women. The concept of emotional labor of women is considered and the relationship between the level of marital satisfaction and emotional labor of married women is analyzed. In the empirical studies it was found that marital satisfaction in women is linked to many factors: an initiative for reconciliation in conflict situations; support from a spouse; equitable distribution of domestic tasks; attention from a spouse; leader roles in the family; trust to the spouse; the coincidence of values of the spouses. The analysis of distribution of the main family roles is given: the majority of household duties are performed by women. Most women take responsibility for organization of the household, cleaning, cooking, cleaning the table after dinner, organizing holidays and entertainment, caring for young children, for the role of caregiver and maintenance of kinship.
