IMPROVING THE FORMS OF HEALTH IMPROVEMENT AND POPULATION INVOLVEMENT IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract
In different periods of the historical development of human society, sport and physical culture remained an integral part of it. From ancient times to the present day, physical exercise has served as a means of achieving inner harmony and outer beauty of a person. The search for effective forms, means and methods of health improvement and rehabilitation of the population, the preservation and maintenance of their working capacity remains an important and urgent problem of the theory and practice of physical culture.
The article expounds and reveals the importance of familiarizing the population with the need and regularity of physical culture and sports in the era of informatization and computerization of society.
The educational influence of competitions on attraction to regular physical culture and sports is considered.
