THE INTERRELATION BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING AND FAITH AMONG STUDENTS OF HUMANITIES AND OTHER FACULTIES

Abstract
The article presents the results of a study on the interrelations between components of psychological well-being and faith among students of humanities and other faculties. The research aims to identify the nature of interconnections between psychological well-being and faith variables among students of humanities and other faculties. The study employed C. Ryff's "Psychological Well-Being Scale" (adapted by T.D. Shevelenkova and P.P. Fesenko) and A.V. Sidorenkov and O.Yu. Dolotova's method for studying personal faith. Data processing was performed using Spearman's rank correlation coefficient.
Significant moderate positive correlations were revealed among humanities students between the variables positive relationships - faith in people, and purpose in life - faith in people. No significant interrelations between faith and psychological well-being variables were found among students of other faculties.
