THE COHERENT-SPATIAL TECHNOLOGY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC COMPETENCE IN FUTURE EDUCATION SPECIALISTS

Abstract
The article discloses the essence of the concept of «socio-economic competence of the education specialist» formulated by the author and identifies the general contours of coherent-spatial technology of its development. The author justifies the feasibility of using the effects of coherence in the development of the socio-economic competence as a complex systemic phenomenon, which is a dynamic integrative characteristic of the person, which makes it possible to design and implement professional and personal-effective economic activities in the field of educational services. The coherent-spatial technology includes four enlarged stages: primary; coherentization; resonant coordination; estimated. This technology allows to set the coherent (coordinated) state of all parties interested in training of pedagogical personnel by organization of joint work on the common product by means of combining material, personnel, intellectual and other resources of the university and organizations-customers of personnel into a single space, as well as to provide forming influence on students by means of resonance mechanisms (co-construction) in its creative value.
