THE INNOVATIVE INTENTION AS THE FACTOR OF THE EFFECTIVE ECONOMICAL FOCUSED PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF SPECIALISTS OF EDUCATION

Abstract
Article is devoted to consideration of some aspects of improvement of vocational training of future specialists of education. The qualification of specialists of education has to meet as much as possible requirements of society and also to become the guarantor of their own socio-economic wellbeing. The attention of the authors is drawn to analysis of one of the most important personal properties of the specialists of education – the innovative intention. The innovative intention is the key to the effective economical focused professional activity. Results of diagnostics of the innovative intention at students of final years of universities and practicing specialists of education of Republic of Belarus are presented in the article. These results confirm the assumption that neither traditional vocational training of specialists of education, nor their professional work provide the formation of the innovative intention up to standard. In the article the main areas of work are also determined by formation of the innovative intention at future teachers in the system of the higher education.
